My approach

The main goal of psychotherapy is to understand and handle the suffering a person may be experiencing so that they can work towards managing the suffering better and living a better life.  That’s why it is crucial to be aware of how you are treating yourself and how do you are relating to others.

Through my training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Analytic Therapy, I am able to offer patients a safe, confidential and respectful space where we can work together to meet their needs and treat what causes their suffering.

To achieve our objectives and to meet the patients needs I propose to the patient that we work as a team.  Together we will use the work in our sessions to improve the confidence in oneself and their ability to face and handle life events. The primary objective will be to increase the patient’s personal resources and ability to produce healthy changes.
